What you need:

Ingredients

Chicken legs with skin 8 pieces
¾ cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves of crushed garlic
½ cup chicken broth
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Equipment or cooking utensils needed:

1 saucepan

1 frying pan

What to do:

Method

Take a clean pot and pour oil into it. Wait for it to heat up and fry the crushed garlic.

Then add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup of chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and ¾ cup of tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring the mixture gently.

Take a frying pan and put oil in it. Wait until it heats up and fry the chicken legs with the skin on. Fry the chicken for a few minutes. Transfer the browned chicken legs to a casserole dish and drizzle the sauce over the chicken pieces.

Bake the chicken in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

After 15 minutes, add the thinly sliced onion on top and pour the sauce over it.

Bake the chicken for 35 minutes, adding more sauce every 10 minutes.
