Like every year, the Medical Academy of Pediatrics Special Needs (MAPS) organized the Fall event of the medical conference for pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
This year, the three-day conference took place from September 7th to 9th, 2023 in Arizona’s picturesque location of DoubleTree Scottsdale, covering the theory and practice of some pioneering and groundbreaking pediatric medical research topics.
The MAPS panel of eminent speakers comprised 24 top specialists in child healthcare, each leading a highly informative talk or an engaging seminar event in their respective fields of expertise for those three days.
The complex and vital topics concerning child healthcare special needs such as Lyme disease, PANS (Pediatric Acute Neuropsychiatric Syndrome), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), cerebral palsy, and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) were discussed.
These discussions, lectures, and seminars centered around the “Functional and Translational” aspect of medical sciences, a pioneering and practical approach to understanding and practicing modern medical science.
