Satish Kaushik Family Organizes Prayer Ceremony
Let’s start today’s updates with a tribute to the great actor Satish Kaushik. He died at the age of 66 on 9th March 2023 in Delhi. He suffered from a Heart attack. Also, he shared his holi celebration pictures on his social media a day before his death. A prayer meet was organized today by his family in Mumbai and many of his friends, well-wishers, and people from industry came to pay their respect.
Many celebrities including Anupam Kher, Boney Kapoor, David Dhawan, Javed Akhtar, and Vidya Balan attended the ceremony. Anupam Kher was very disheartened by the sudden demise of Satish Kaushik. They had a deep friendship going back 45 years. Anupam Kher was very emotional at the meet and also he was the first one to reach his home and console his family about the loss. Anupam Kher prayed for him at Kalighat in Kolkata. Also wished for arranging a ceremony for Satish on 21st March but it is now postponed at least for a month.
Life Threats to Salman Khan
The infamous Canadian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is also charged with killing popular singer Sidhu Moosewala, has lately warned Salman Khan. He warned him that if he didn’t apologize, he would suffer the repercussions. He is in Bathinda Jail. Still, Salman’s loved ones, friends, and admirers are truly concerned about him after these threats.

We are going to see them again on the same screen in 2023. The awaited upcoming movie ‘Jawan’ starring Shahrukh Khan has a scene where we will see Shahrukh Khan and Sanjay Dutt in full action mode. However, the scene is small and it is an action cameo but it plays an important role in the storyline of the movie.
Sanjay Dutt joined the set of Jawan on Monday and the shoot will continue for five days in Mumbai. Sanjay Dutt who was recently seen shooting in Kashmir for his film Leo landed at Mumbai airport on Sunday and the very next day joined Shahrukh for the shooting of Jawan.
Bheed’s Trailer Re-Released on YouTube
Anubhav Sinha’s Bheed trailer is re-released today on youtube. First, it was released at the start of March with a hard-hitting reaction. The film Bheed starring Bhumi Padnekar, Rajkumar Rao, and Dia Mirza describes the difficulties faced by certain sections of society because of the lockdown which was imposed in 2020 due to covid pandemic.
The trailer earlier was deleted from Youtube after a few days of its release. But on Monday it was re-released with some changes in the narration and background. The sentence that compared the circumstances of everyday workers to those of those who endured India’s partition has been deleted.
The movie is shot in black and white. Sinha was apprehensive initially of his idea that a black-and-white movie might be rejected but team of Bheed liked it and also shot the movie in black and white. Is it going to be bizarre to watch a movie on the silver screen without colors in 2023?
