Fixing QuickBooks Payroll not Working: Expert Tips and Solutions

  • A legitimate payroll subscription is needed to send payroll. Check if you have a current payroll subscription.
  • Ensure that the QuickBooks tool is running at the most recent version.
  • See if you can access a secure website from your web browser, such as www.Google.com. If you’re unable to, try returning your router to its default settings.
  • To see if they are preventing QuickBooks from connecting to the internet, check your computer’s personal firewall and other firewall programs. Firewall users should uninstall the QuickBooks application.

Clear the browsing data in Internet Explorer:

  • Open Internet Explorer on your computer.
  • Click Browsing History under the “General” tab.

Remove Revocation from Internet Explorer:

 

  • Click Tools on Internet Explorer.

Resetting the DNS using Command Prompt:

 

  • In the Run window’s text box, type CMD and press Enter or click OK.
  • Type ipconfig /flushdns
  • Now, press Enter on your computer.
