This includes sand, gravel, powder and the dye that you prefer. Now, before you start with the crafting process, you need to decide on the colour of the material, so you can find the ingredients for it. 

So here is everything that you might need to make concrete (coloured) in Minecraft-

1. Get some bones to make bone meal for the white concrete- So the easiest coloured concrete that you could make is white. And for this, the first ingredient you need is bones, which you simply get by killing the skeletons. Now, the more bones you have, the more bonemeal you get when using the crafting table. Bone Meal is very essential for making white concrete. And for the rest of the other colours, you would need a dye, as described below in the article.
2. Kill squid to get the ink sacs for making black concrete- Now, to get ink sacs in Minecraft, you won’t have many options, like various flowers or plants. You either have to kill some squid, scour the village chests, visit a wandering trader or use wither to kill animals.
