Coquitlam Real Estate Holds Casino Fundraising Event For Children

Sandra Parsons, a real estate agent and event organizer from Coquitlam, B.C., wants to honor her late husband by hosting a gambling night to raise funds for children with serious illnesses. 릴게임 Her plan is to hold an annual fundraiser for her own children’s ranch at Hard Rock Casino Vancouver next month, with a goal of raising about CA$10,000.

Founded in 2004 by Stave Lake, Zajac Ranch is a 41-person camp that provides adaptive water sports, horseback riding, hiking and theatrical activities, providing a range of experiences and support for about 500 children a year with disorders such as autism, epilepsy and cerebral palsy.

Ms Parsons explained that her late husband was a dedicated supporter of charities and especially children in need in BC. So she is organizing a casino night to raise money for her own children’s ranch for this year’s event. At the event, guests will be able to have a good night playing bingo with blackjack.

The Hard Rock Casino Vancouver, located at 2080 United Building in Coquitlam, will be used as a gambling night venue for Mr Parsons on September 16, 2023. The purpose of the event is to raise about CA$10,000 to give young people with chronic diseases the opportunity to grow and play. The organization said the money from the event will be spent on camp expenses next summer.

Mel Vajac, the group’s chairman, said he was honored to support Ms. Parsons’ plan, especially for her late husband’s compassion, love and life-changing camp experience. The 95-year-old philanthropist also said the event was always fun and lively, and urged more people in the region to attend.

Organized by Mr. Parsons and the HomePro RE/MAX Real Estate Team, Casino Night for the Own Ranch will be held at Hard Rock Casino Vancouver from 6 p.m. on September 16, 2023. Tickets cost CA$100 and include a glass of champagne punch, a delicious canapé, and one rather. However, those who arrive early can get a CA$25 discount.

Recently, some employees of Chance Mapleage Casino in the province reportedly raised hundreds of dollars to the organization through charity car washing. Volunteers donated money to friends in need of starfish pack programs and food banks, and the children of the employees also joined the plan to help.

Over the years, there have been many cases of gamblers and casinos donating to local organizations. One such case would be the collection of forgotten change by employees of the Limrak Casino in Port Albany, sliding off real estate and converting it into donations. Distributed money to Abbeyfield House, Salvation Army and Kiwanis Hilton Children’s Center.
