Cebu Pacific, one of the leading low-cost carriers in the Philippines, has established an office in Dubai to cater to the growing demand of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and tourists traveling to and from the Middle East.
Located in Al Habtoor Business Tower in Dubai Marina, the Cebu Pacific Office in Dubai offers a range of services, including booking of flights, purchase of add-ons such as baggage allowance and in-flight meals, and assistance with rebooking and refunds.
The office also serves as a hub for customer inquiries and concerns, providing a dedicated team of customer service representatives to address any issues that may arise during travel.
According to Candice Iyog, Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience of Cebu Pacific, the Dubai office is part of the airline’s commitment to enhance customer experience and accessibility for its passengers.
“Establishing an office in Dubai is a testament to our commitment to serve our customers better, particularly our kababayans (countrymen) working and living in the Middle East,” Iyog said.
The Dubai office is the latest addition to Cebu Pacific Dubai Office expanding Its network of international offices, which includes branches in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, and Singapore, among others.
Cebu Pacific currently operates flights to and from Dubai, with daily flights to Manila and thrice-weekly flights to Cebu. The airline also recently announced its plans to expand its international network by launching direct flights from Manila to Moscow, Russia.
With its affordable fares and wide range of destinations, Cebu Pacific has become a popular choice for Filipinos traveling abroad, and the opening of its Dubai office is expected to further boost its presence in the Middle East market.
